WHAT IS BIBLE LESSON MAKER?
This software is designed to be a browser/editor combination. The editor is an RTF (Rich Text Font) editor that has the ability to edit and print in color. Its text editing is superior than that of a plain text editor. There are 5 built in tabbed browsers that are linked to predefined study bible websites. The user may add their own sites too. Just research your topics...copy and paste to the editor and add your own text and notes and print out to your printer. BLM incorporates two "Paste" methods. One of them will export any embed_disabledded tags that were in the HTML. The other method will export "as is" you will find the need for both methods. You will see what I mean when you start pasting data to the Editor. Sample screen shots are below. Please see personal notes at the bottom of this page.

Personal note from program author:
Bible Lesson Maker is the result of some time that I had taking a break teaching adult Sunday School and the desire to write a Windows Program that I and others could use to compile Bible Lessons or Sermons. I found that I spent allot of my time online researching the sites that BLM integrates into one program that can be used to research and compile lessons. Knowing what sites I used and the need for a Word Processor I designed , built and wrote "Bible Lesson Maker". My greatest passion is teaching Gods Word and my hobby is Windows programming and the result is BLM. BLM is not a "bible software" as that goes, it is a study tool. An all-in-one research and compiler. There are Bible Study softwares out there that are far superior to this program I have written. And the programmers skills are superior to mine. But if this software can be a handy tool for someone besides me that would be nice.
BLM is not complete. It needs some more work. I doubt it will ever be done. I have taken great care to be sure there are no bugs. Let me know if you should find them. BLM is easy to use. Once it is loaded...just click the "House" icon in each of the browser views
and it will load that specific site and at that point that tab is a working browser. I have added navigation buttons just like a web browser. Its pretty easy and you should be able to figure it out pretty easily. There is a link at the top of this page for programmers to have a copy
of the source code so that you can see how BLM is written and how it works. I was blessed to find gracious folks on the internet that shared some code that without BLM would not be possible. I hope some bible student finds BLM a useful tool. I hope some programmer finds the source code as helpful to him as the code I found was to me.
There is no charge nor will there ever be for BLM. This wouldnt even be possible if not for some of the code shared with me by others. Which is why I want to share all the code with whomever wants it. Use BLM all you want and your suggestions will be welcomed. I have contacted the authors of all the sites integrated into BLM and have their blessing.
I hope you enjoy and find this software a help to you,
Steve
